Letter Writing
Dear Sir,
Request for Annual Salary Increment ,School Dental Therapist,S.Uthayakumar,Grade 1
My Date of first Appointment is 15.11.1978.promoted to grade Grade 11 A from 15.11.1981.Promoted to grade 1 from 16.03.1996.
From 2007 I was not paid any annual salary increment. I was told that as I have reached the maximum in the above grade and I am not entitled for any annual salary increment further.
I understand, my colleagues in the same grade from other provinces and in the Ampara district get their annual increment continuously without any break above stagnation.
I have already passed the Departmental ‘Examination for the promotion from grade 1 to special grade -2003 .Although I have appealed for the Special Grade in 2003 I have not been given yet.
As such ,I make this appeal to review whether I am entitled to annual increment beyond stagnation.
Can you please help me to check this letter
