Hi
Do you say 'love and charity' has been a part of ... or do you say 'love and charity' have been a part of ...
If I refer to once 'concept' but it is two nouns eg 'fraud and deception', do I use a singular or plural verb, or should two nouns linked/separated by 'and' always take a plural verb?
Thanks
