Please let me know if "has lived in" in the above sentence is correct? Should it be " has been living in ...."

In your example, with the verb "to live", you could say either, has lived or has been living.

However, The present perfect continuous is not normally used with the stative verbs (verbs that describe "a state", not an action / occurrence).
