i want  to develop my english speaking..so please suggest some ideas to develop

Practice, practice, practice.
Here are some suggestions:
-Read as much as possible, and look up words you aren't sure about. I am a native English speaker with a wide vocabulary, but I look up words all the time. If you like, you can keep a list of new words as you learn them, and look back at your list from time to time. A useful online dictionary for learners can be found here: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/

Many news organizations, both radio/TV and newspapers, have websites with online news articles, including the BBC and the Voice of America, and the major US networks like ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox, and NBC. There are websites that cater to almost any interest, so there are bound to be many that you will find enjoyable. You can read about something you like while learning more English.

-There are websites where you can find vocabulary building games.

-Find people who speak English, or who are learning English, and practice with them. Even if their English isn't perfect it will give you valuable practice if you are saying things in English. When you have nobody handy you can practice by yourself. Practice trying to say things in English. If you like you can record yourself saying phrases and compare them to a native speaker saying the same thing. You can post short recordings of yourself to this forum for advice on your pronunciation. One of the other members suggests you can practice in public by turning off the ringer of your phone and pretending to have a conversation!

-There are a number of websites where you can find English spoken by native speakers, including YouTube, SoundCloud and news websites like the BBC and the various US news networks like ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN and Fox. Sometimes you can find the words written down as well, either as a transcript of a news video or where you have a recording of someone reading a book or poem.
You can get podcasts online from the BBC at http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts.
If you struggle to understand English spoken normally, you could try http://www.sloweasyenglish.com/ which has English spoken a little more slowly than normal, complete with transcripts. (Some ESL teachers do not like this approach, while others think it helps students to start out listening to slow speech and work up to full speed speech.)
One of the forum members regularly studies spoken English and posts links with questions. Go to

Helpful reply, thanks so much. I'm amazing that you're native speaker and you have to look up words all the time. I'm from Viet Nam and I'm rarely use Vietnamese dictionary and others people too.

Hi, amonymousvn, and welcome to the Forum.
It's not so much that I have to look up words – I usually don't need a dictionary to understand a newspaper article – as that I choose to. I read a variety of material, and I look up words that grab my attention. Sometimes it's a word I don't know, sometimes it's a word I do know (or think I do) and I want to confirm my understanding, or check the pronunciation or the etymology, or just see how the dictionary editors chose to define it. Here are some words I looked up today that I knew, but wanted to check:
Glissade
Arpeggio
Vamp
Ineffably
Dystopia
Here are two words I tried to look up today because they were unknown to me, but which were not in the dictionary:
Hising I found in a James Joyce quotation: "Under the upswelling tide he saw the writhing weeds lift languidly and sway reluctant arms, hising up their petticoats, in whispering water swaying and upturning coy silver fronds." It is probably a dialect word or one he made up.
Fluego is an Esperanto word meaning flood, which fits the context where I discovered it, so I think that's what the writer had in mind.
