Which is correct to mention in emails while replying to customers anf kindly check if the email is grammatically correct.

With reference to your email below,we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to trace the transaction.kindly provide us the mobile number ,email id and date of booking which was used while trying to book ticket online.

In this email ,email address or email id is correct as short forms are not allowed in professional emails. Kindly check grammar too.Thank you

Not a bad word, but not as direct as a straightforward 'please' for modern Western English. I see it mostly with Indian and other Asian Englishes.
