I am very much proud to say that me only introduced him. or i am very much proud to say that i only introduced him. Which is correct ?

I believe that very much + adjective is a structure we no longer use. I am very proud to say that only I introduced him. [ This idea seems a bit odd to me.

Those are not correct, and I suspect you are trying to say something quite different, perhaps,

I am very proud to say that I just met him.
