... and "meeting" is usually more formal than "seeing". A meeting is usually a set occasion, but seeing is more casual ...

- I'm meeting Paul tomorrow
[= We will sit at a table at an agreed time and discuss the things that we need to talk about]

- I'll probably be seeing Paul tomorrow
[= He and I often sit together during the lunch break]
