Hello all, A:Look at there, they have foods and I don't think they are hungry B:Well, they don't seem to be starving. is 'They don't seem to be starving' present continious tense?

No. The main verb is 'seem', not 'is seeming'. To have a continuous tense you have to have a main verb with -ing.

'to be starving' is a continuous infinitive, however. It's not the simple infinitive 't
