sir, i'm a receptionist. i speak to English with guest. some time call to guest ask about the booking confirmation. Then i talk like this. Sharma here from...(Hotel Name).. Today one room is booked for you. is that booking confirm or not. If Guest reply.. yes. At what time will you reach here. is the above sentence correct. if there is any mistake kindly correct my mistake and tel me the correct sentence.
