Children haven't grown up enough to reach a deal with them. Firstly, they are easily mesmerized by the tricky commercials displaying some pictures and colours that draw their attention and then they fall into the trap of tradesmen. This implies that young people don't make any difference between a TV commercial and the reality. So they remain the the basic target for commercialism.
