Grammar

active: You should do this work.
passive: This work should be done by you.
similarly can I say?
If
Active: You are going to complete this.
then
Passive: This is going to be completed by you?
If It is true then , is "is(be verb) going to" and should are of same type.

I am asking this because see in the second case if you replace "are going to " by should then there is no grammatical mistake,I agree the meaning will be changed.

What I want to ask is Sentence formation in the second case.Say for the first case
Active:You(Subject)(modal verb)+do(verb)(object)..
Then What is the case for second?

I'm still lost, but these are OK as transformations:

You should do this work.
This work should be done by you.
You are going to complete this.
This is going to be completed by you.

Keep in mind that few such transformations are used in real English; they are just an exercise that teachers like because they are easy to assign and check.

I am sorry that I couldn't make you understood my question . I want to know whether "This is going to be completed by you." is in passive voice and if it so then what is the sentence formation of this in terms of "subject" ,"verb", "object" etc that We have to follow to make a passive voice?

Yes. 'This' is the subject; 'you' is the agent. Compare: 'The work is going to be completed by you'.

Active voice: A does B.
Passive voice: B is done by A
