I'd like to ask about something annoyed me today. I send an email to the HR deputy manager & he misunderstood me. & replied with a very aggressive mail. I didn't reply him as the GM had done. but I've to Reply the HR deputy manager in some requests in the mail & i want to treat him the same way but politely. So.
Is it OK to start the email with (Mr. ...) or (Attention: Mr.... ) instead of Dear Mr. .... ?? or it considered impolite ?! or what's the alternatives ?
he commented on my signature as i wrote (Admin & HR Executive) & he know that i'm just an admin assistant. so in my second mail I made my name & title bold (to insure my title is write & the GM Gave to me) is it an impolite way too in the formal business writing ? or it's OK ?
Thanks

Hi, Email can be in various styles, with various levels of formality.
It is influenced by various factors.
eg How big is your organization?
eg Do you write to the person often, or rarely?
My advice is that you should look at how other people in your organization write emails, and copy their approach.
