I agree that it should be "consider and respect," not "considers and respects", but I still find this sentence extremely confusing. Is it "lighting experiences" that consider and respect people, etc.? Or does LTU seek to help facilitate (seems awfully hesitant here) the lighting of experiences that consider and respect people, etc.? And how can experiences, or lighting experiences
