Hello, Here's a suggestion: ---------- USE OF COMPUTERS IN ADMINISTRATOR'S OFFICE NOT PERMITTED The above cited matter refers; The computers stationed at the administrator's office should only be used by the assigned individuals and therefore, not permitted to any other person unless you are editing a document that was done by the secretary. Due to the amount of work that is currently in secretary's desk, I call everybody attention to the fact that - and again - this computer should not be used in order to allow her finishes the assigned tasks and therefore avoid being branded as "lazy secretary", when in fact she is being interrupted most of the time. I suggest everybody to liaise with other colleagues in other departments in order to share the little resources available until we have enough for every office.
