Due to too much work that is currently in secretary’s desk, I urge everybody to refrain from using that computer to allow her finished the assigned tasks and to avoid being branded as “lazy secretary” yet in the real sense she is being interrupted most of the time.
I urge everybody to liaise with other colleagues in other departments in sharing the little resources available until that time when we shall have enough for every office.
