You will hear people saying that, but many people consider it to be sub-standard. Stick to 'My co-hosts and I ...'

Hello Ayanna,

fivejedjon is right with his statement that both versions are used but "I" is the one that is grammatically correct in your example.

'I' or 'me'?

The two

This is Grammar 101. Pronouns have a property called "case". When a pronoun is the subject of a sentence, as it is here, it takes the nominative (also called "subjective") case. Usage has forged de facto exceptions, but this is not one of them. Good style usually puts "I" at the end of a compound subject.

Sorry, fivejedjon, I hadn't seen your post when submitting mine! They are the same!

I agree with this, enoon. But there are so many "bad" versions out there that they might be accepted as slang or 'cool'.
What comes to my mind is Janis Joplin with 'Me And Bobby McGee'.
