'Shall', like 'will', as part of a verb, never changes.

I will/shall go
You will/shall go
They will/shall go

etc.

Shall isn't used much nowadays, especially in American English it is rarely used. In affirmative and negative clauses shall isn't usually needed at all. It can be used with "I" and "we", but even then will is usually used.

I will/shall go there tomorrow.
You will do it, won't you?
He/She will not come to the party.

We will/shall not read it.
Will you do it for me?
They will tell us about it.

You can shorten shall/will: I'll go there tomorrow.

Shall is needed with "I" and "we" in polite suggestions:
Shall I open the window?
Shall we do it together?

But, you can say: Will/Shall I ever learn this?

Shall can be used with "you", "he/she" and "they" to express promise, threat, obligation etc. but this isn't very common in informal conversation:

You shall regret that!
They shall have the parcel by tomorrow morning.
