This is an extract of a letter of reference for a position of editor of a weekly newsletter.
To whom it may concern, I've known Flavie for eight years, since the time we met at the high school in Liverpool. She was already very interested in writing short novels for the school magazine. In the last year she won the "Best young writer of the Town" award. We met again two years ago when we've started to work for the local newspaper "City News". Flavie is a very clever and curios worker, she's always ready to get the best opportunity. At the beginning she has helped me very much to organize my work in a useful way. She always can work well both in a team and alone. At the university was the "head" of student's association. During her free time she's particularly keen on reading adventure books. I think Flavie may be the best candidate for this work because is very precise and extremely qualified in her field.
Any advice or corrections? Thank you very much Frederick.
