"My" stays the same regardless of whether it refers to one thing or many things.

I think the OP meant the plural form of the genitive (possessive) pronoun.

"My" = 1st person singular pronoun.
"Our" = 1st person plural pronoun.

Obviously that's what Clive thought too, and you may well be right. I just never thought of "our" as the "plural" of "my" (in the sense that "mes" is the plural of "mon" or "ma" in French.) We'll never know what the original poster meant, unless he or she comes back and tells us.
