Have (infinitive/I, You, We, They- present)
They want me to have a shower.
I have a car.
You have a nice sweater.
You haven't got a bicycle.

Has (Third person singular, present)
He has a car.
She hasn't got any money.

Had (Simple past, past participle)
They had breakfast at 8a.m.
I have had the flue six times.
