Do the sentences make sense here ?
From now on there will be fines for litter- this would have a long-lasting effect. Then proceeds will be donated thanks to which there will be recycling bins all over the school. Furthermore, we will even sponsor an endangered animal which will increase our school rating. This special event could be watched on TV tonight thanks to our staff who spread the information to the TV presenters.
