Can you tell me whether i need to use SHOULD here or not? Does it sound formal? If i omit SHOULD, would the sense of the message change? "Get in contact with the management if you should need any help."
Thanks.

With should - more formal, and it implies that it is unlikely that help will be needed. Without should - more direct and to the point.

Hi Rimma, In my opinion, should can be used here. I don't suppose the meaning to change. I think if we add should, it will sound formal, just as: Should you need any help, get in contact with the management. You'd better ask for more opinions
