When writing a business letter to 2 people at the same company, how is the inside address and salutation done? Is this correct?

I think you can do that if only they are a husband and wife.And normally companies are too big to do that.And maybe Tom and Bob not talking to each other.
That's why It is better to write two letters seperately .
