Hi yadayaba, thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. You question is quite a common problem. I‘d normally write: Dear Sir / Madam, or To Whom It May Concern, (little too impersonal)

Hi ,
I have learned a lot from this forum! After I read this section, I have a question like, when you write a resume and they ask to send to Human Resources. In this case, do I say Dear HR? Or To HR Dept.?
Thanks,
Ky
