When do we use will or going to. I don´t have clear their use.

Going to - Future is used for actions in the future, that have been planned, e.g.:
Next year, I'm going to go to Canada. (This is quite for certain, maybe the flights have already been booked or the trip has been planned some time ago already, etc.)

Will - Future is used to express future actions that you cannot plan, control or have any influence on. Therefore it is very often use

I am meeting John at 7:00pm (an arrangement)

Lucy graduates at the end of this year (a scheduled event)
Our flight to London leaves at 23:00h (a timetable)
