It would be more natural to say,

I want to have a good night’s sleep.

Not really. Both are commonly used.

If Google is a measure, you won't see full night normally hyphenated, and although I agree that full night is fine, Google (again) has the phrase 'good night's sleep" at over 3 million, and full night's sleep just over 200 thousand.

I might say that the two phrases don't quite have the same kind of emphasis. One can have a good night's sleep in a five-hour period,

I see a difference in meaning too.

I think a good night's sleep is where I go to sleep and get a restful sleep, without nightmares, fidgeting, waking up etc. It is more the quality of the sleep than the length of time.

To me a full night's sleep is where nothing external stops me sleeping (i.e. most new parents would love to get a full night's sleep but they have to get up to loo

That's the difference I see. In fact, it is possible to say "I need a good and full night's sleep", isn't it?

Milky, In theory yes, but it's not something you would hear very often.
