Vocabulary

Waste

hi,

Can anyone help me find a verb stronger than waste?
Instead of saying "Don't be extravagant with your parents' money.", is it possible to say "Don't ____ your parents' money." ?

By the way, does a "black sheep" fit the person who wastes his/her parents' money, or is there a seemlier word for him/her?

Thanks!
