Could you please teach me the difference of them?

Thanks for your help.
Can I ask a little more about this?

"His anger turned to sandness."

Can I use "into" here instead of "to" ? Or, will it cause any problems if I use "into" here?
e.g. His anger turned into sadness.

Not ' can you use ', you should useEmotion: smile

Because it turns a state into another
