Which of the following is correct?

1) Ultra160 SCSI is a SCSI-3 standard which supports a 16 bit bus width with data speeds at 40 megahertz double clocked and a throughput of 160 megabytes per second.

Probably "which."

If the SCSI-3 has several standards, only one of which supports the 16 bit bus (which should be 16-bit bus), and you need to differentiate that as being the correct standard, use "that."

They are both correct, but you need "16-bit", as mentioned above.

(Microsoft products may flag your first example as ungrammatical. Don't pay any attention to that.)
