SQL Server 7 and VB 6

I've made an Invenory Management Database in SQL Server 7 and made the interface using VB 6. Now the problem is I can't figure out to doucment a discussion of the implementation. Can anyone please help me?

If so, who are the audience that you are writing for? Technical people? Managers? Database end-users? All of these groups?
