Zamorano retired this year. In his last game he got a red card and was sent off. I think it was the first one in his life. Now he can't have a final farewell match. How's that for bad luck.
As for new up and coming players, there are a few coming up through the ranks. I think one that you should keep an eye on is M. Pinilla who is about 19 years old and is playing in Italy. I forget exactly which club but I think it's Verona or Venice or something with a V in it.
