Sentence check - Please read.

1)The sample demonstrates unsatisfactory workmanship and finishing qualities.
or
2)The sample demonstrates unsatisfactory workmanship and finish qualities.
or
3)The sample demonstrates unsatisfactory workmanship and finishing quality.

4)The sample demonstrates unsatisfactory workmanship and finish quality.

I would say only the first sentence is correct. 2 and 4 are incorrect because you need a gerund to modify a noun. Number 3 is incorrect too because it lacks a determiner.
