POETRY FOR CHILDREN BUT ALSO ALL AGE GROUPS

I've been a teacher all my working life - more than 30 years, but I didn't expect that in my 'retirement' from teaching, the children in my local school would lead me into a completely different type of work, ie writing poetry for them all. Now my poems go into classrooms in 188 countries of the world. I am meticulous with my writing. I can easily break words down into sounds and most of the 1,450 poems I've written are written with perfect rhyme and metre, but I've added the special ingredients of putting stories into poems or painting pictures with my words.
