Please help me with this letter, Is this grammatically correct?

How're you doing today? I need help. I have to turn in a recomendation of whether or not the City should advertise in magazines or any types of business news magazines. I know you all read a lot of business papers, I am wondering if any of you have ever heard of "Business Xpansion Journal?" I don't know which magazine is most effective and whether we should advertise at all for the City.




Would you also provide to me Tim's (from the marketing groupe) e-mail address? I am not really sure whether he is Jim/Tim but he seems the only friendly guy from that group.
