I am motivated and curious 20-year-old interactive design student from Vilnius, Lithuania. I am excited to be applying for an internship in your company and joining your team where I can apply my skills, talents, and enthusiasm.

I visited the web site of your *** company. I have got most of the information from there, however I would like to get some additional information about applying to your team.

As part of my training, I am required to complete a practical course in a media company for least one and a half month. I want to start in July 2006. The opportunity to be a member of your working group would complete my invaluable practical experience requirement. I would be appreciative of the chance to learn from the experienced workers. I am sure that working at you company will provide me with not only a professional experience in an international, prestigious organization, but also the opportunity for personal enrichment through working in a multicultural, open-minded, dynamic environment.



I am conscious person dividing my time in double studies (Interactive design program at Vilnius College of Construction and Design and Art criticism at Vytautas Magnus University). My post-High School education consists of one year at the Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts in which I studied and became proficient with Interior design I have since left the Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts to instead focus on interactive design. During my two years of studying in interactive design program I have acquired a superior knowledge of digital movie software, as well as graphic software and interactive media. I enjoy problem solving, working in teams, public speaking and creative thinking in Art criticism program at Vytautas Magnus University. There I improve ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and attention to detail and self motivated.

During my double studies the long while I’m working as freelancer designer with various video projects: short movies, installations, animation, motion graphics, participate in a number of contemporary art projects and on personal projects. During this time I have obtained basic practical experience as a designer as well as a team worker. I like to communicate with people and I know the values of teamwork and hard work as these are the cornerstones of success. My coworkers know me to be a very effective, hardworking, creative, passionate and helpful team player. I enjoy learning from others and helping others where I can.

I am a goal-oriented person and have already set a few important goals for myself. First, I want to learn the necessary skills needed to be a professional designer by internship in company like yours. Internship attending a prestigious company like *** will provide me with the necessary knowledge and experience so that I can accomplish my second goal of, getting a good job at company in Munich after graduating interaction design program next year. As a determined and prepared interaction designer, my third goal and ultimate dream is to have my own interactive design company in Vilnius.

Internship in your company would be a pivotal part of my learning and experience that would enable me to reach my fulfill goal. I am confident that my knowledge, skills and friendships gained at your company would prove invaluable throughout my career.
