When I hear someone say, " Please get back to me or David". I think they should say, get back to David or I. Which is correct?
Also I cringe when I hear, "Me and Sally had a great time at the show". I think it should be, "Sally and I had a great time at the show". Which is correct?
The justification others give me is you wouldn't say," get back to I", so the correct way to say it must be "me". However good the logic, it still sounds wrong. Please get back to ... ? Thanks!

"Get back to me" is right because you want an objective pronoun, not a subjective one. Me is a pronoun in the objective form. You may wonder, "why do I need an objective pronoun?" This is because when you say, "to," most likely you are asking for a receiver, which calls for an object of the action.
