How do I start to learn English?

Can any one tell me how to begin to learn English? Is there any method or way you can follow step by step? I need a guide line, help..

most I get confused in writing subject/object means to say which one to be used first.

Example: I would highly appreciate or I would appreciate highly

In your example

I would highly appreciate. (correct)

I (sub) + [would (V) (adv)(V)] + you (obj but it is understood)
