Help, help, help: I work/ I am working, I live/ I am living

I don't know: I want to express that I live in Oklahoma: Is it: I live there. or I am Loiving there.

And ist it: I work at a restaurant. or I'm working at arestaurant.

I am desperating....Emotion: sad
