Goody-goody?

" Usually when a guy says a girl is nice, he means she's boring, or a goody-goody. "

I can't figure out what it means ' goody-goody ' in this sentence. Has anyone used it before ? Seems to be the most up-to-date American slang. Emotion: big smile
