Could you please correct this and then let me know which corrections you've made and the why for them?
Thank you!

Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you of a problem with a computer I purchased at Technologies with Paco in Madrid. My order/receipt nº is 77584947BG.
In the advertisement, the computer was shown having Windows 11 as its OS, good speed, and it didn’t heat up; but in the last few days, it’s been giving me problems in these areas.
To begin with, the computer was advertised to have Windows 11 as its OS and it came with Chrome OS. Apart from this, the computer shows low performance when processing data.
As a result, I cannot download a series of programs that I need for my business. Its low performance causes the computer to heat up very quickly and crash with a certain frequency, causing me to reboot every time.
I would appreciate sending it back so that you can have it repaired and/or changed to a new one, hopefully with the correct OS.
Thank you very much for your attention and I hope to receive a solution soon.
Sincerely,
Juan Luis Fernandez

"To begin with" changed to "Firstly," and "Apart from this" changed to "Secondly,": Using sequential adverbs improves the flow and clarity of the list of problems.
"I hope to receive a solution soon" changed to "I look forward to receiving a prompt resolution.": This is a more formal and professional way to express your expectation of a timely response.
