fill in the blanks

I'm in a McDonald.

A guy: "I want an apple pie. "

then my turn "_______"

I want to have an apple pie too but clearly I can't say "so do I" because I'm not asked right away, so what do I say. "The same with that guy"? or something more commonly used in a Englished speaking country

Thank you

If you and the guy are together: 'me too please' or 'I'd like an apple pie as well'. If he is just the person who happened to be in front of you in the queue you could say 'I'll have an apple pie too please' but normally you wouldn't really comment on the previous person's order, you'd just order an apple pie.

Thank you.

well, acrually this is kinda embarrassing. I wasn't with that guy and it wasn't a apple pie, it was some kind of hamberger I don't know. That guy ordered it and I don't want to say(I don't know how to say the type I like in English), so I want to say "I want the same kind of hamberger as that guy does" but it sounds so wired. So what should I say?

My guess is that at McDonalds the worker puts the order directly into the computer without actually thinking about it much, so by the time he turns to the next customer he has probably forgottent he previous order! But you could try saying "I'll have the same thing he ordered."
