English grammar, comma splice, fragments?

Are these correct if not is it a frag, comma splice or what?

"We were already to go when the phone rang."

"Bob enjoys fishing, skiing, and likes to read."

"Either Joe or one of the girls are to bring their car."

"Barry would of liked to have been the class representative to the meeting."

1. You probably meant "all ready" (which means that all the people were ready) instead of "already" (which means prior to the time when the phone rang).
2. I disagree with Pemmican. If you want to add the "he," you must say, "Bob enjoys fishing and skiing, and he likes to read." Otherwise, it is correct as you have it.
