Nowadays, food can be shipped everywhere by modern transports . However, some people believe that eating food produced locally is more suitable for the environment and expenses. In my own view , this statement offers more merits than demerits and this essay will discuss several reasons supporting my point of view .  

  The main reason is that local food items have been immediately used and easily cultivated in your areas. That means individuals must not have food with preservative substances or transportation throughout long distances , leading to reducing the quality of food and quite unhealthy for their body. Additionally, the products from local farms are updated per day, going to the local market where residents can look for them . Another reason is that food that has additional fees for diver or generated from unavailable ingredients is not affordable for your budgets rather than your local food. 

   On the other hand, there are several drawbacks to be taken into consideration. Individuals still enjoy their local meats , depriving them opportunities to experience new delicacies from distinguishing culture and broadening their knowledge. 

  In conclusion, eating food from locally may have negative aápects, I believe they are outweighed more significant positive aspects.
