on the phone: how to?

Hi,

I'm a belgian secretary and because I regularly receive phone calls in English, I would like to know how to say that I will put somebody through with somebody else.

For instance:

: "COMPANY NAME, good morning, this is ..."

: "Hi, could I speak to Mr X please?"

: "Of course, one moment please, I will put you through with him. "

Is this correct? And what other ways are there to put this correctly?

Thanks
