GUAM

Dear Teachers,

1. In world war II, the Americans dropped two atomic bombs on Japan.

- I think "the" is redundant here, right? and we should use "down" instead of "on", right?

2. Does "dream on" mean "keep dreaming"?

3. He used chemical weapons against his own people.

- I think we should say "fight against" instead of "against", right?

4. Sadam murdered many Iraqi children in 1980, and I wanted Sadam out.

- What does "I wanted Sadam out" mean?

5. Is "Guam" a city in America?

Thanks very much to Teachers,

Stevenukd.
