EMERGENCY!!HELP, PLEASE!!

A friend of mine who's from the states must have surgery immediately because he has spontaneous penumothorax. Now he's in the emergency room lying in bed with a long thick tube stuck into his lungs to suck the air out. I have to translate to him in that he didn't understand what the doctor was trying to say.

Please exaime if I give a clear and lucid account of the surgery to my friend.

Due to the rupture of blebs in your left lung -- the small, air-filled sacs -- which caused penumothorax, the doctor demanded that you have surgery urgently, so that you won't have recurrence again. The surgery must be performed under full anesthetic. First, the doctor will pierce a hole between your pleural space and thorax to let the air out. Then he will pierce three other holes to clear the blebs and meanwhile cut one-thirds of pleuras to adhere onto your left lung, to prevent the air from bursting out pressing your heart.

Really appreciate for your help

The doctor stated that your condition required surgery, and that this be performed urgently in order to prevent future recurrence.

(I know it's late for a reply, but i only just logged on, and made the suggestion from a language-structe point of view.
